Caramelle pasta with tomato and mozzarella cheese


An unusual but really tasty filling that features two of the key ingredients of Italian cuisine: tomato and mozzarella. During cooking, the mozzarella inside the caramelle melts, creating a perfect blend of flavours.

Features:
This pasta is made by rolling out sheets of a dough made of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, egg, water and tomato powder, which is then filled with a mixture of fresh tomato, mozzarella and other ingredients, folded by hand and the subjected to pasteurization and a modified atmosphere packaging process.

Cooking and condiment tips:
Perfect with a dressing of extra virgin olive oil and a dusting of oregano.
