Inside our workshop there is a direct point of sale where you can buy our entire range of pasta, smooth and stuffed, as well as some seasonal specialties and delicious dishes, including: lasagne, pizzoccheri, crespelle, Tyrolean spatzle, gnocchi alla romana, various risottos, veal with tuna sauce and much more.
