One of the most classic fillings for stuffed pasta, releasing a fresh and delicate flavour. Beautiful to see, and also to savour. In this version, the delicate taste of ricotta cheese is accompanied by the fresh and fragrant aroma of basil, for a truly refined dish that strongly recalls Genoese pesto.

Features:
This pasta is made by rolling out sheets of a dough made of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, egg, and water, with green streaks from the chopped spinach, which is then filled with a mixture of ricotta cheese, Genoese basil PDO and other ingredients, folded by hand and then subjected to pasteurization and a modified atmosphere packaging process.

Cooking and condiment tips:
A light fresh tomato sauce will make this pasta even more mouthwatering.
