Quadrotti are a tasty and refined alternative to classic pasta dishes. Made with an extremely delicate-flavour filling of ricotta and spinach, this pasta goes perfectly with subtle sauces.

Features:
This pasta is made by rolling out sheets of a dough made of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, egg, water and spinach flour, then filled with a mixture of ricotta cheese, spinach and other ingredients, to be then shaped and subject to  pasteurization and a modified atmosphere packaging process.

Cooking and condiment tips:
This very versatile pasta can be dressed with butter and sage, walnut sauce or any other sauce according to taste.
